Residences by Armani Casa Coming to Sunny Isles

One of the world’s fashion design icons Giorgio Armani is getting involved in the creation of luxury condos in South Florida with the introduction of Residences by Armani Casa. Located on the pristine beaches of Sunny Isles, this 60-story luxury condo will include architectural designs from Cesar Pelli. In collaboration with Dezer Development and the Jorge Perez led Related Group, Residences by Armani Casa has a team of all-stars behind this ultra-luxurious residential high-rise. This development is the first project in the States under Armani/Casa Interior Designs Studios, but there track record speaks for itself.  Such projects include Macka Residences in Istanbul, Turkey, The World Towers in Mumbai, India and Century Spire, in Manila, Philippines.

The main focus of the Armani/Casa Interior Design Studio will be to infuse high-end finishes, interior materials, colors and custom made furniture that reflect its setting so to easily complement each other. Armani describes “the opportunity to create something really very special — a remarkable living space, imbued with the spirit of modern elegance.”

The 60-story luxury condo will be comprised of 260 units and completion is estimated to be in the year 2016. The units will range in size from 2000 square feet to about 3500 square feet, rather than 5,000 – 8,000 square foot units located at Dezer’s Porsche Design Tower. The cost of the units will range from approximately $1.2 to about $5.5 million dollars. “This is going to appeal to the same type of buyer as Porsche. They will be equally luxurious but lesser priced, strictly because they will be smaller units,” Dezer said.

Residences by Armani Casa is set to start taking request for reservations very soon. The interior design being done by a world class fashion designer will surely create great luxury units that will be eye catching
